Some Not-So-Final Thoughts on Winter Camp

We had a wonderful weekend for Jr. High Winter Camp! The weather was fabulous! It was so much fun hanging out with our students and watching many of them learn to ski or board for the very first time! During our evening time our theme was "Play It: 3 Strategies for the Game of Life." We focused on topics like our words and what comes out of our mouth, sin and what areas does God need to do some surgery in our hearts as well as perfection and the what the world expects VS. what God expects. Make sure to ask your Jr. Higher about it! We had some incredible leaders who worked so hard and were fantastic to serve with. Major thank you's go out to Steve Toler, Peter Martin, Danyel Garzona, Jeremy Bruegger, Karim Sarraf, and Darcie Gripp! Make sure to take a look at our picture gallery. Our theme this weekend is "3 strategies for the game of life." Last night we played a little speed scrabble and took a look at James 3 and how powerful our words can be.
