Reaching Teens in their Natural Habitat is probably one of the best book I have ever read on the subject of parenting teens. I know that's a pretty lofty statement, but it's true. Whether you have a wonderful relationship with your teenager or you clash at every move, this book will be a huge help in building a stronger relationship with your teen. The author pulls from not only years of experience working with teenagers, but on countless others that have and are journeying with them on the road to self discovery and maturity. He states in the Introduction of the book, "This book will not just point out problems; it wil help you become a part of the solution. It is not a cure-all substitute for family counseling or input from other sources of wisdom, but it will help you build stronger relationships and communicate better with your teens." I highly recommend this book for parents with teens and those that have kids that will be teens soon.
